Bailout money

I have an idea for the TARP/Bailout money the gov't can't wait to spend. How about give it to those who are going to pay, or have paid, for it. The Americans who actually have paid in taxes.

Base it on the amount of taxes you have paid in the last 5, 10 or even 15 years. If I have it figured out correctly it is about $50,000 per TAX PAYING citizen. They say we will just horde it or pay off old bills, but what if....they gave it to us in pre-paid Visas, Mastercards and American Express Cards that expire in say 30-60days. We would have to spend it. Even spread them out where you get one every couple of months.

Or we could give more to GM, AIG etc...
